After signing the contract, the MD here changed his attitude towards us. There was once when I wanted to update him about the project, he mentioned, "What do you want to say? Always the same thing. I don't want to listen".
The other day during mooncake festival party, he came to me and asked whether I've been transferred to local staff already or not. I guess bosses needs to keep the pressure on and reward according to the situation.
There was once also when I told the team that I've asked some budget from him to throw a party since we don't get Raya break, everyone wouldn't believe. We were given AUD500 to party!
