Post-sales is a different animal

When a customer is hard with you, please remember they will be even more crazy after they've paid you money.

It's time to deliver all the over-commitments and half-truths.

Having said all that, although I've closed a bigger project compared to this one, I didn't handle post sales. When I saw the bank TT slip sent to us, there's a sense of joy knowing millions of money is actually coming in.

Owh ya, just for the record, the current promotion is without increment (yet).
